Payment Options

Our Online-Store accepts payment by: Visa, Master Card, Electronic Bank Transfers/Deposits.
In-Store we accept payment by: Cash, Eftpos, MasterCard, Visa, Q-Card, and GE Creditline.
Please do not be offended, Photo ID is required with any signed credit card transaction.
If the online order has been paid by credit card and you have selected to pick up the item, then we will also ask you to show us the credit card used with your photo ID for us to conduct our verification checks.

Our Online Credit Card payments are processed by DPS on a Secure Server to ensure your safety.
We have included a 3% discount on the advertised prices if you choose to pay by cash / Eftpos / Bank transfer.
Payments via Credit Card will incur a 3% surcharge fee.
Surcharge Fee is non refundable.
All online credit card payments are subject to our verification procedures. If we are unable to verify your details, we will notify you and will need further information to process the order.
Make sure to leave your landline number, this will help speeding up the process.

Credit Card payment refunds will only be refunded to the same credit card used for payment.

Please note that it usually takes 1-2 working days for Bank Transfer to clear.
Payment for Internet banking/Direct deposit orders must be made within 5 working days. If payment is not made within this time the order will be cancelled.




All layby items are interest free and require a 20% deposit made within 3 days of your order. The rest of the payment should be arranged within a maximum of 6 weeks from the date of your purchase.

If you fail to make payments and/or do not finalise your layby by the end of the lay by term (8 weeks) we have the right to keep your deposit (20% of the full price of the item/s), for administration, cancellation fees and to cover loss of the value of the goods. You will lose the right to your item/s and they will be resold, any extra payment you made on top of the 20% will be refunded.

Layby will not benefit from any price change. The price agreed on at the date of Purchase is final.

How can I pay?
Online purchases are made easy and secure with a selection of payment options, including VISA, VISA Debit Cards, Mastercard and American Express. Unfortunately, at present, we cannot accept gift vouchers or store credit for online purchases.
Is buying online safe?
Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode protect your transactions when you're shopping online. Register for either of these free services and your purchases are guarded using your own personal password, which acts the same way as using your PIN or signature when you buy an item over-the-counter in a store. What is the "CVC"?
The Card Verification Code (CVC) is the three- or four-digit code on your credit/debit card used as a security measure for all online transactions. It only appears on the card itself, which verifies that you - the buyer - have the credit/debit card with you during the purchase. The CVC is printed on your credit/debit card, not embossed like the account number is. Where the CVC is located depends on the type of credit/debit card you're using. On Visa/MasterCard, the CVC is the last three digits on the back. With American Express, it's the last four digits on the front.

What happens after I have completed payment online successfully?
After you place an order with us, you'll receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase, If you have any queries regarding your purchase, please Contact Us or contact the Digi Parallel Imports store fulfilling your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been accepted and payment made it cannot be changed. Depending on whether the order has been processed and shipped by the store, you may be able to cancel the order by calling us on (04) 589 4540 or completing the contact us form. Please note - we will always do our best to accommodate your request but you may be liable for additional freight costs to return any items purchased in error. Do I have to be home to receive my items?
All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person - or if you have not received them within a reasonable period - please Contact Us or contact the Digi Parallel Imports fulfilling your order.
Can I nominate a different delivery address to the billing address?
You may choose to have products delivered to an address different to the billing address. However, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.
Can I choose to pick up my order in person?
When buying online, you have the option to pick up your order from a Digi Parallel Imports Store: it's quick, convenient and free. Simply select the "Pick up instore" option and nominate your preferred location. When you complete your payment we will send you an email order confirmation and once the store has prepared your order, you will receive another email notifiying you your order is ready to collect.
What can I do if I have a problem with my new items?
If you are unhappy with the condition or performance of your new items, please contact your local Digi Parallel Imports store for further assistance. You can look up the contact details and opening hours of your nearest store by using our Store Finder.
